BKSP's mandate spans two things at once: elite sport and general education.

BKSP selects the country's emerging and talented players and gives them access to focused, science-based training — while carrying them through general education up to the graduate level. That dual mandate means every trainee is, at once, a student and an athlete, and the institution has to track both journeys together, not as two separate systems.

Challenge

Run one national talent pipeline that never drops a trainee.

01

Nationwide intake

Talented players are scouted and apply from every division, district and upazila, not just from BKSP's own campus.

02

Two tracks, one trainee

Academic classes and examinations run in parallel with sports assessment, coaching and events, for every trainee at once.

03

A residential institution

Admissions, accommodation and guardians are all part of daily operations, not just applications.

Solution

One platform, eight connected operating domains.

Rather than separate tools for admissions, academics, sport and finance, BKSP runs all of it on one Tiger Park-built system — so a trainee's record stays whole from the day they apply.

01

Talent Intake & Admissions

Nationwide applicant registration, document and medical checklists, and game-trial scoring feed a searchable talent bank.

02

National Talent Mapping

A geographic map plots recommended players and events by division, district and upazila.

03

Academic Programme

Classes, sections, terms and examinations run BKSP's general-education track alongside sport.

04

Sports Assessment & Evaluation

Preliminary and final evaluation, game marks and BKP-level selection track every trainee's sporting progress.

05

Trainee Life & Accommodation

Building, floor and room assignment, leave records and guardian information for every residential trainee.

06

Coaching & Staff Records

Coaches, teachers and doctors, with designations, education history and department assignment.

07

Finance & Accounting

Invoicing, billing, tax, vendor payments and fee waivers for the institution's day-to-day accounts.

08

Communication & Scheduling

Bulk SMS and email to guardians, a shared training and academic calendar, and a public complaints channel.

Applicant experience

A companion app for every applicant, not just staff.

The same platform reaches applicants directly through a mobile app — tracking their own status and checking themselves in at events, without a staff member relaying updates by phone.

01

Real-time status

Document check, medical clearance and game-assessment status update the moment BKSP's staff record them.

02

QR check-in

Applicants scan a code at trial and event venues to check themselves in instantly, without a paper sign-in sheet.

03

One login, both platforms

The same account works on the web portal and the Android app, kept in sync through the same API.

The advantage

One institution, one governed record — from applicant to graduate.

Nothing falls between academics and sport

The same trainee record carries class attendance, examination marks, sports evaluation and accommodation together.

Guardians stay informed

Fee, attendance and event updates reach guardians directly by SMS, without a manual phone call.

A direct, ongoing relationship

Tiger Park now supports BKSP's platform directly, keeping the same team that built it responsible for keeping it running.

Built to extend

Built for one institution, designed to extend further.

BKSP's platform already connects intake, academics, sport, accommodation and finance. The same foundation has room to grow.

01

Deeper talent analytics

Combine geographic intake data with sporting and academic outcomes to see which regions and programmes are producing results.

02

Guardian self-service

Extend the applicant app's status tracking to guardians directly, alongside the payment flow already in place.

03

Cross-institution reporting

The same Tiger One foundation used elsewhere can turn BKSP's connected records into programme-wide trend reporting.
