Recovery work has to remain visible long after the floodwaters recede.

FREAP is a Government of Bangladesh and Asian Development Bank recovery programme responding to the 2022 floods in northeast Bangladesh. DPHE's water supply and sanitation component must keep many dispersed works, contractors and reporting requirements legible to the programme team.
